General information

The registration process is completed when the full payment has been received for Symposium and/or Summer school + additional services (Accompanying person, Wednesday afternoon excursion, Gala dinner, Lunch package, Tours).

SYMPOSIUM FEES

PARTICIPANTS

STUDENTS
Proof of student status may be requested. Postdoctoral Researchers (PDRs) pay the full fees.

SPECIAL FEES

(*) On-site registration must be authorized in advance after checking the availability of the desired services.

The Symposium fee includes:

• Welcome reception
• Participation to the scientific sessions
• Coffee breaks as in the program
• Symposium kit
• Certificate of attendance
• Wifi connection

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS’ FEE

The fee includes:

• Personal pass

The accompanying person can buy tickets for Tours, Wednesday afternoon excursion, Gala dinner, Lunch package.

Including: bus transportation, guided tour, entrance tickets

SUMMER SCHOOL (June 7-8, 2019)

Deadline for booking: May 10, 2019

REGISTRATION:        € 250,00

The fee includes:

• Participation to the lectures
• 4 coffee breaks
• 2 lunches
• 1 dinner
• Scientific kit
• Certificate of attendance
• Wifi connection

After May 10, 2019, bookings will be accepted after checking the availability of the structure

The IPCS Summer School 2019 will take place in the Symposium headquarters, Conference Centre Terminal Naples, June 7-8, 2019

Chairs: Annemie Bogaerts, University of Antwerp – Deborah O’Connell, University of York – Sylvain Coulombe, Mc Gill University – Pietro Favia, Università degli Studi di Bari “Aldo Moro”.

The schedule will be available in the coming months.

Registration fee (€ 250,00) includes the participation to the lectures, four coffee breaks, two lunches, a dinner (Friday), the scientific kit and the certificate of attendance.

The lectures will be made available in electronic format to the Summer School attendees (password protected).

Wifi access will be provided during the Summer School.

Cancellation policy

Refund of the registration fees will only be considered if written notification of cancellation will reach the Symposium Secretariat (congressi@avenuemedia.eu) within:

• March 31, 2019: a penality of 25% of the Registration fee will be applied
• May 10, 2019: a penality of 50% of the Registration fee will be applied
• After May 10, 2019: no refund will be made
