IMPORTANT NOTE: It will be forbidden to take photos/videos during the oral presentations and poster sessions. We encourage all attendees to introduce themselves and exchange in the casual environment of the symposium. Attendees are encouraged to formally ask the authors for electronic copies of their oral and poster presentations.

Your poster needs to be mounted at the pre-identified location (look for your poster number on the boards) the morning of your assigned poster session, and removed by the end of the day. Poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster location during the entire session.
Preparation and uploading
Display format: 16:9
Due to the tight schedule, you are asked to use the laptop available in your assigned session room. Only MS Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx) and Adobe (.pdf) formats will be accepted. Make sure your presentation is ready using the speaker-ready room available throughout the symposium.
If your talk is scheduled in the morning: Go to your assigned presentation room before 8h15 to upload your talk.
If your talk is scheduled in the afternoon: Go to your assigned presentation room between 13h00 and 13h45 to upload your talk.
A staff member will be available to assist you with the uploading. A laser pointer/slide changer will be available in each room, along with microphones.
Plenary talk / 45 min total. Ideal breakdown: 35 min presentation + 10 min for Q&As
Invited talk / 30 min total. Ideal breakdown: 20 min presentation + 10 min for Q&As
Regular talk / 15 min total. Ideal breakdown: 10-12 min presentation + 5-3 min for Q&As
The Session Chairs and Co-Chairs will be instructed to strictly keep all talks within the time limitation. She/he will stand up 1 min ahead of the ideal time duration to indicate to the speaker that her/his time is running out.
